Hi, we keep recieving messages from spyware doctor saying we have a
malicious virus or threat! We have not registered to spyware however we
keep recieving these messages. I have run 3 spyware scans and it keeps
saying we have cleared threats and infections, but pop ups about malicious

With all spyware and anti virus software you must keep it updated, and run it on a regular basis.
It is possible that each scan removes the infections but you are somehow reinfecting your pc after each removal.
